Far From Home may lack the stakes of Endgame, but it makes for a fun summer outing.
What I liked most about Velvet Buzzsaw is that, for a film so acerbic, so sarcastic, so misanthropic, so nihilistic, its brutal takedown of the art world is… actually quite well done.
Wildlife is an emotional snapshot of a family in crisis, which looks at our foibles with neither judgment nor approval.
I don’t know what I expected from something titled “The Sisters Brothers”, but certainly not this movie. It is a Western through and through, but tonally it mixes drama with comedy and action with introspection.
